Artist's Comments

The title is obvious, sorry for being boring.
The character belongs to and was part of my exchange on , which is a site I urge you all to join right now.
I must apologise a thousand and one times for how long this took and how late it has arrived, I think you're aware of why it was late in the first place. I felt so bad for missing the deeadline that I put spades more work into it than I would normally and thus got very carried away.
This style is something very new for me, and I did this completely on Photoshop 7 with a Wacom tablet and it was a great challenge let me tell you.
Please, no negative critism! I have never asked this before, but please, this is artwork for others so I don't want all my mistakes pointed out before the image has had time to load. Thank you and sorry for being so damn awkward!

Wow beautiful...I love the color of the hair.

I know what hunts you.
I had so much trouble with the hair... It was strangly tough, I was just trying to keep it loose and 'painty'.

I really dunno how you do it O.O! That is friggin georgous! all those strands of hair **falls** I'd have died of the insanity! Very beautiful I adore the eyes and the lips and even the background is flippin fanominal..clouds ^_____^!! beautiful peice of work!

If you beleive for long enough, dreams come true.
The hair nearly killed me, I did it one way, hated it and then did it another and then hated that too. I think I wasted something like five or six hours just tweaking and erasing the hair. I wanted to keep it painty and light so it matched the clouds and contrasted to the skin... But I'm still not sure it worked even now.

Thank you very very much for such a nice comment!

Negative???? What negetive thing could a person possibly say about this. It's gorgerous, awesome, beautiful! I can't do realism at all, but if I was ever to meet Leofe in real life she would look exactly like this, serene and with a soft wisdom in her face, you have captured her perfectly. For some reason I especially love the detail you put in her circlet. Thank you thank you so much!!!

You can wish in one hand, and crap in the other.
Which one do you think will fill up first???
I had a lot of trouble circlet as I found out gold is a pain to shade. But drawing her was a lot of fun. I kept adding a bit more, then thinking maybe I should just do a little more until I came up with this. The temptation as always so great throughout the image.
I thought realism would be interesting with her as her design was so outstanding and original and also pretty and delicate, which would all have been murdered in my usual style. I really wanted to do her as much justice as possible.

I would do a tuturial, but I paint on a wing and a prayer half the time. I can send you some really good (and few) tutorials that have helped me though.

This is genius for clouds and sky scapes, I was 'd'oh' why was I not doing this sooner!?!

I'm working towards this one still.
